Our Problems Are Not Racial or Political

Welcome back to Ignite. What I talked to you about you're being responsible for nine people, okay? It's kind of a tongue-in-cheek thing, sort of, but not really a way to look at evangelism. Here's our dilemma. Of course, the world's out of control. I don't have to tell you about that, but why is it out of control? Well, we have 90% of our population that are unbelievers, okay? The Bible was very clear that unbelievers are blinded by Satan and to the point that they actually see evil for good and good for evil. So we have otherwise intelligent people making these decisions of. Let's just open our borders. Let's just let all the prisoners out. Let's get rid of the police. You know, it goes on and on. Every day, there's something crazier. How can these people make these decisions? They are blinded by Satan. I mean, that's that's just what it is. And 80% of our population don't even go to church, okay? They maybe on Christmas and Easter, basically, they're outside the church. So this is spiritual warfare, like we've never seen before. It is spiritual warfare. I mean, we can't we can't blame it on anything else. We try. It's race relations or race against race, you know, and it's conservative. It's liberal. It's the arguments in Washington. It's it's class distinction. It's the oppressors beating up on the oppress, all this stuff. You know, the fact the matter is, it's real simple. And wherever you are, I don't care if you're sitting with a bunch of non-Christian. Everybody's asking, why are we in this mess? I mean, that's the most common question. And here's a simple answer that nobody can argue. They're closer to the art of God, the more tranquil, the more peace, joy, love. Nobody argue that. At the same time, when you make that point, you can you can make a point that just is as universally understood. That is the farther away we get from God, the more chaos, the more disunity, the more anger, the more crime, the more violence, all that. This is not a racial problem. It's not a political problem. It's a God problem. The solution to our problems are not in Washington. The solution to our problems are getting America back to God, all of us back to God. I mean, that's what we're we're at. I mean, let me tell you how bad it is. In 1960, I've told to this in some previous podcast, but it's appropriate here. In 1960, 70% of our population went to church, basically every Sunday, okay? In 2019, pre-COVID, that never dropped to 20%. All right. And 30% of those have not returned to church. So of the 20% that are in church, only half of those are saved. So only 10% of us are like literally saved except Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. So that means we have 10% of us looking at 90% of our population that are unsafe. So simple math, you know, if you want to evangelize America, the quarter, if you want to know how many people should you lead to the Lord, should really want somebody before you die. Well, actually, your assignment is you have to do your to pull your weight. You need to lead nine people to the Lord. If everyone of us led nine people to the Lord, we take all 335 million, whatever there are, to have it with us. You always say, Oh, that one, that's impossible. You're just spoken to me to where are you? Come on. We're going to be real. Well, actually, it's not all that hard. Would you believe that over 80% of the church will know the world's out of control? They know it's crazy. They would like to believe there's a God. They want to believe there's a God. They're looking for somebody to tell them about God. And they already have a Christian in their life. Give this. They already have at least one Christian in their life that they trust. We could ignite America revival in 30 days if we wanted to. That's the truth. So what we call our ministry, ignite America, what we're really saying is, what our goal is to ignite Christians, to ignite America revival one person at a time. That's our message to you, pure and simple, and you're one of those persons. And it's your job. It's my job, every one of us. And if we all do our job, we can't change the world. We can't. But you can change your world. And I can change mine. And if the 30 million, it was 35 million, I was to know the Lord, we each change our world to a change the world. We can do that. We can do this. It's not impossible. Cost nothing. It just takes attention. It just takes focus on living for God's purpose to move everybody every day closer to Jesus. I mean, there's never, there's never been an easy time to share faith. I mean, it's just, it's ever I were surrounded by people that are lost. And wanting and over the truth is, I'm reminded of this, it's an old joke, forgive me, but this shoe company, and they, they sent a young salesman off to some poverty country in the world. And three months later, he comes back home, he's defeated, he didn't sell one pair of shoes. He says, you know, you can't sell any shoes there. Nobody, nobody wears shoes. He's defeated. None of the young guy came along. He says, well, send me, okay, send me. So he's sitting down there and he comes back. He's, I'm not coming back. I've never seen anything like this. The greatest market in the world. Everybody needs shoes. We need to say send me. Everybody is Jesus. Everybody. 100 years from now, the only thing that doesn't matter is, first off, of course, have you accepted Jesus Christ you've heard, say, but after that, you know, there's, there's this, there's a status level. There's rewards in heaven. There's crowds in heaven. The, the Bible goes on and on about how we will be rewarded in heaven for what we do on earth. And the rewards are based on one thing. When you get to heaven, how many people be in heaven because you're in France? If you haven't started doing that yet, you just missing out. You really know what, being a Christian's all about. You have to be good to have fun. If you want to have fun, if you want to have the time of your life for the rest of your life, just move everybody every day closer to Jesus. You cannot believe what's ahead of you when you start doing that. See you next time.
