Fireworks to Faith

This gentleman saved me pull up and he just walks up and he goes, Hey, you know, how are you doing? You know this man and I just said, You know what? I'm doing very blessed, you know what I mean? And I started talking to him and so I just invited him to church. And he was a homeless man. Well, next thing I'm sitting there talking to him for a few minutes and he says, Hey, I wrote this song and he starts singing on this song about the Lord. And he said that he's never talked to somebody that's paid him any mind because of the situation he's in. And I told him the Lord loves you. I love you brother. We're here with Franco and Tony. We've been having fun hanging out man. I love your passion for sharing your faith and that's what turns me on of course. And so you led Tony to the Lord. I want to hear this story. I tell you Tony, we meet in a fireworks booth. Right. And so we're raising money in the fireworks booth and we put out this blanket thing of saying, Hey, you want to volunteer about you coming? This guy should over this gate board. I just started. I want to know. Sorry. In a fireworks booth, there's not a lot of people, right? Not a lot of people buying, but it's a lot of time for us to fellowship. So he started working with you. He started working with me and this man, it was amazing. He was God sent. Why? There was a lot of little stuff they need to be done. Every time I turned around, it was getting done. And I'm trying to figure out who's doing all this. What was him? And then I sat him down and we started just talking and we're talking about life. And and I, you know, I think just the impact of conversating and telling our story, telling my story. So fair to say that you realized this was something. And this was not just a common relationship. There was God was up to something. Of course. I hugged them the first time I met you. Of course. Yeah. Of course. And when you get, all right, hug my Franco. You get it. It's a big hug. Yeah. Hold on. Yeah, it's been a blessing upon my life. Like you said, we've met in a fireworks booth and on my skateboard, I literally skated from my house all the way to the fireworks booth. My life. And to help out. Oh my goodness. I would have talked about the spiritual that I'd have. Amen. You first were building trust. Yeah. You were loving on him. So you recognize it that he's really showing you kindness. Yes. And it's real. Yes. And like this is a good guy. Very, very good man. Very good man. You could trust this guy with my life. You build that first. So that when he mentioned God to you, you listened. Yes. Right. Yes, I did. If he was if he was using the cross language and and mean to people, treating people badly, would you pay any attention to him? Not not not not at all. I wouldn't have took his word for it at all. So he earned your trust first. This is important for all of us today. Thank you very, never really thought of it then, Robert. Yes. Let's see you. You have to when you when you when you love Jesus and you love your neighbor as yourself, you're concerned for their salvation as you are your own. So that's why when you fill those two, you fulfill the whole 10 commandments. And so you're doing all the kindness. That just happens automatically. Yes. You do that. And they'll know you're disciple by your love. You're loving Antoni. Yeah. Tony, you responded that love. That opens the door for the larger conversation. And it happened just naturally. It's the Holy Spirit led you. And now because of this impact and what's happening to him, he's impacted a lot of the time. Yeah, now you're sharing your faith. Amen. To everybody I can. Yeah. Talk to us. Well, just to just recently, I was went to go put some gas. I was on my way to work to a job that we had. And I pulled up to this gas station. And it's not in regular gas station. I usually go to we just for some reason. We do something different. I'll be ordinary. Divine point later on, we realized I was in divine appointment. Yes. It's a quiet. I kind of I went just to this point. This gentleman seen me pull up. And he just walks up and he goes, Hey, you know, how you doing? You know, this man. And I just said, you know what? I'm doing very blessed. You know what I mean? And I started talking to him. And I saw I just invited him to church. I says, you know what? You know, and he was just homeless. And he was a homeless man. Well, next thing I'm sitting there talking to him for a few minutes. And he says, hey, I wrote this song. And then he and he starts singing on this song about the Lord. And the Lord has moved in. And he and he said that he's never talked to somebody that's paid him any mind because of the situation he's in. Oh, he didn't get any of that. And I told him I said, you know what? You're sure? Yes. And I told him the Lord loves you. I love you, brother. I don't know you, but you know what? Wow. We have we have a church that we go to. You know, you're more than welcome to come. If you need any, you know, how to get there or whatever, give me a call. And he just text me a couple of days ago and I said, when is when can he go to church? The Lord, the Lord put it in me to give my love and show us some love because he responded. And he responded. What was it like to you when you saw that text? What did that do to you? Oh, man, it filled me with the open love. Yes, exactly. I just want to scream out loud, you know? Oh, my goodness. Is it any time, any moment? Be prepared. He's gone. He's sharing his love. And that's all you can do is spread his love. There's so much hope, especially in these times that we're facing. Oh, man, this is hope. This is a time when people are broken and they are ready. And the light shines brighter so the darkness, right? He's a man. I mean, you just have joy. You just have a smile on your face now. This is for all of us. This is a matter of what our walk of life is. Just to start the love that the Lord has given us from other people, through other people, as Frank would did to me. I just want to share them. Just give it that love to other people and spread it.
